I could not recommend this place highly enough. Location is AMAZING - it's down an alley so it's super private and quiet, but you're only a quick stroll to the heart of Canggu. I was surprised how quiet and peaceful it was givent the central location. The Vila itself is spectacular - extremely comfortable and tidy, with an awesome layout, and super clean. You're able to open a lot of the doors and walls to the outside which is super cool

Local banks in Indonesia currently do not offer financing to foreign buyers. However, we’ve had clients successfully secure business loans or financing through their own banks overseas. While we don’t have formal partnerships with any lender, this can be a practical option depending on your home country’s banking policies.
What's the process to reserve a unit?

To secure your villa, you’ll place a 10% holding deposit into a notary-managed escrow account during a two-week legal due diligence period. Upon signing, a 30% payment is made and the villa is legally transferred into your name. The remaining balance follows the agreed construction progress schedule.
